“ This place is a hidden gem. The staff is so welcoming...you feel like you are friends by the time you have your meal. The food is delicious...perfect lunch spot. My mom and I each had the BLTA with their yummy soup of the day, and we brought a rueben home for my hubby. The establishment is super clean, they have comfortable booths and bar top tables, and a lot of tvs for the sports fans. Even though the food is great, it is the people that will have me coming back in the future. Best service...hands down. Thank you Ickabods for being so kind!! ”
“ They're right, the pickle chips are delicious. Not greasy at all, plenty to share. We also tried a giant fried seafood platter that was also delicious. Their sauces are homemade and so tasty. They just called the one a green salsa but it was extra special. Lovely wait staff. Quiet atmosphere, perfect for chatting with friends. Will return. ”

“ Absolutely loved our dining experience here at Ickabods. A local establishment for 40 years. Leslie and Bonnie are owners here and Mayu is a server related to them by marriage. She took our order and was very sweet. Our meals were fresh, bountiful and beautiful on the plate. They tasted so good too. I really can't wait to come back and try other entrees including the roasted pear and chicken. I opted for the turkey avocado bacon this time. The bacon was cooked so perfect and nicely spread across the sandwich. I couldn't ask for a more tasty sandwich. My partner had the Bleu cheese burger and we were both so full at the end. I'll definitely be back. This is such a gem of a local business. Definitely try it if you're visiting Oregon or if you're a local that hasn't visited. It's 21 and over so no children here, relax and enjoy the company of your friends, family or just have a nice convo with Leslie. You'll love it here either way. They have plenty of viewing options as well, I seen supernatural on one of the tvs . ”
“ Looks like my last rating didn't go through... let me just say the service here is outstanding! This is a true family run restaurant where the original owner (mom) still comes in each day to ensure everything and everyone is at its best! We've come here twice now for breakfast and it truly is one of our favorite places for that home cooked meal where family is always welcomed! They even have games to play while you're waiting for your food! And the food is so scrumptious! Especially the Ickabod's Benedict!!! ”
“ I would say my experience here for brunch was very pleasant. I had the chicken fried steak with two easy eggs, and the trio potatoes . The gravy from the chicken fried steak was superb. Chicken was decent. When you have a gravy that tastes like that one does you don't need heavy seasonings on the chicken or the breading so I think that it was a well thought of dish. The eggs were a little bit too easy for me, but I'm not gonna make that a complaint. I'd still say that it was great. -- The only suggestion I have: the orange juice and a pineapple juice taste like trash. It taste chemically in a little bit synthetic I would switch Juice companies if your profit allows. Other than that, it was great would come back. ”

“ We got here scoping out Beaverton for a big move. This was highly rated, open and close to the Airbnb we stayed at, so we went over. Friendly bar with booths and food. Cheap drinks, quick service, and decent food. What more can you want? The biscuits and gravy look good and I'd like to come back for them. ”
